I’m Ron Ross—and for me, carpentry isn’t just a trade. It’s a craft, a calling, and a way of life.
I got my start as a teenager working summer jobs with my dad. What began as a few small projects sparked a lifelong obsession with working with my hands, solving problems, and creating beauty from raw materials. Over the years, I honed my skills in cabinet shops, trained as a luthier at the Nashville Guitar Craft Academy, and soaked up everything I could from the best builders in the business.
In 2024, I quit my job, took a leap of faith, and started this company with one goal: to bring a higher standard of craftsmanship to every home and build I touch.
